We do not want you to lose the materials you (and your users if you have a group account) have created, so we will keep a record of your account and materials for a maximum of 2 years after your trial or subscription has lapsed.
For tax reasons, we are legally required to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction data as described) for 6 years after they cease being customers.
